компания "techenergo engineering services" responsibilities: the hr business partner is accountable for shaping and driving the hr agenda in the business functions with specific responsibility for developing and implementing integrated capability strategy for the business function(s), based on center of expertise solutions and project specifics, and covering all key elements of organizational design, talent acquisition, retention, skills development, and engagement. the hr business partner is the strategic interface between hr and the functional leaders in order to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management to deliver business results. the hr business partner manages and quality-assures the embedding of agreed hr approaches and processes, while ensuring that the interests and needs of the business and its employees are addressed, in order to create and sustain a culture of high performance and engagement. while being a partner, local context requires to follow compliance and operational execution of the local legislation, commercial contract conditions and practices. requirements: a bachelorchr(39)s degree or equivalent in a related discipline including human resources, business or organization development a minimum of 5 yearschr(39) experience in the hr function with a 2+ years of hr business partnering role. experience gained at organizations with extensive operations. international experience and western mindset. experience in international business as a business partner ability to get work done and make a difference i.e. performing and delivering business. experience in aligning critical elements of structure, process and routines to implement and anchor changes. good change management, project management, people management, communication competencies, strong engagement and interpersonal skills. ability to think strategically and conceptually, and solve business problems pragmatically and at speed as per local context, ensure proper execution of business decisions. potential to strive to operational excellence, continuous improvement. knowledge of all functional areas of hr (integrated talent management systems). 1s or sap, hr systems will be plus. strong practical knowledge of uzbekistan labor law and potential implications to foreign employees. high potential for future growth within ap the incumbent must have a high level of proficiency in english uzbek and russian-fluent. to be able to communicate on phone, emails and international meetings.
