компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" responsibilities: ensure that all sourcing activities are performed in accordance with the procurement procedure and other company guidelines. clearly understand the demand, specification, and the due date of the requested materials. lead sourcing activities as required typically include the development of rfi and rfp packages, coordinating bid proposal evaluation, providing analysis of results, and compiling recommendations to award to secure relevant internal and external approvals the formation, bid, evaluation, award, administration, and closeout of various types of purchase orders, change orders, and related documents. manage the procurement process for both competitive bidding and competitive negotiations and guide the end-users with process compliance. communicate with vendors by phone and/or email to follow up on as well as educate internal customers regarding order status and procurement process and procedures. proactively manage the status of items as they move through the procurement lifecycle and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. following through on shipping/delivery details and communicating updates to appropriate teams preparing summary documents of negotiated pricing and contract terms and conditions when requested by the line manager manages all warranty claims, manufacturer repairs, and item maintenance support suppliers with issue resolution across the p2p process. assist with inventory management as it relates to procurement activities identify opportunities for implementation of cost savings and process improvements. support with the new supplier qualification and onboarding process. establish and maintain excellent team working relationships with the kent family. develop and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate client and subcontractor representatives. support compliance activities including audit resolution as applicable ensure compliance with all relevant health, security, safety, and environmental management policies learn to apply best practices, act with professionalism, strive for excellence, share knowledge and continuously improve perform other activities as directed by the line manager requirements: university diploma or equivalent in supply chain discipline, or 3 years of working experience in procurement function in a major international organization. experience utilizing an e-procurement system i.e., corporate erp’s additional certification in the field of procurement desired strong multi-tasking and organizational skills proven ability to deep dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop solutions and detect errors. demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work with competing deadlines. solid knowledge of microsoft applications. understanding of should cost and total cost of ownership models excellent prioritization skills good oral and written communication abilities in english, kazakh, and russian languages is a must ability to speak up ability to deliver a clear and concise message strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions excellent written and verbal communication skills excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills excellent commercial and good finance skills willingness to learn and stress-resistance able to travel onsite to meet kent and client requirements conditions: atyrau office based - 5/2 transportation morning and evening, medical insurance, great supportive team 0 links
