компания "brunel atyrau llp" global energy company looking for: program manager location: kazakhstan industry: renewable energy area of expertise: engineering & design education level: academic bachelor and above experience: 5+ years in project management assignment location: kazakhstan languages: english and russian advanced levels and kazakhstan is a plus proficient computer skills, experience with microsoft office suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (basecamp, ms project etc) knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. instead, manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. responsible for the end-to-end establishment and leadership of renewable projects from design, development, and supply chain through to installation and commissioning to meet project demands for our respected global leader. schedule meetings, track timelines, manage budgets, and delegate tasks often involving project managers in the process. put the appropriate teams together, measure roi, and serve as a liaison between the various project leaders to see the full program goals to fruition. this is a business-critical role that requires exceptional technical, commercial, development and management prowess to match.
