компания "бритиш американ тобакко в беларуси" role summary what are the key objectives and expectations from this role? country hr manager serves as a strategic partner to the local leadership team in helping to create best-in-class employee engagement and a high performing culture. country hr manager partners with senior management to align business objectives and execute strategic initiatives, while supporting the continuous improvement process within the business. country hr manager provides advice to line managers and teams within respective country (belarus) on employees’ attraction, motivation, engagement and retention, and supervises local hr team of 6 employees. country hr manager is also a part of above-market hr leadership team driving and participating in above-market strategic people initiatives execution accountabilities provide advice to line management on the application and interpretation of hr policies. ensure smooth appointments, promotions and salary changes for respective functions, including assisting with salary and promotion guidance. prioritise and plan learning events for the functions support the line in managing restructures, redundancies and grievances. support the job evaluation process, ensuring that role profiles are evaluated in accordance with bat policy. drive the development and implementation of action plans resulting from employee opinion survey and initiatives, and track progress. help manage the talent and leadership agenda for respective functions and drive talent action plans. build effective working relationships with heads of function, line managers and employees in operational hr matters. actively engage with hr business partners, hr shared services team, recruitment coordinators and other hr coechr(39)s. identify opportunities for streamlining and improving hr processes. work on hr projects that improve business and organisational performance. partner with leaders to identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options and develop solutions consults with line management on coaching and feedback efforts, people and performance decisions, employee engagement, communications, talent management development, organizational change initiatives and program rollouts drive change management initiatives through a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements execute employee engagement & talent acquisition strategies apply fair reward approach to support business consistency experience, skills, knowledge experience required experience within hr for 5+ years (preferably with head of department, head of stream (within hr) experience) broad hr skills, preferably with experience in a large multinational organisation with commercial focus confidence to influence management with high level of professionalism. excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task assignments able to maintain confidentiality and proactively build relationships. take the initiative and comfortably operate in a rapidly changing environment. technical / functional / leadership skills required strong analytical skills, ability to critically assimilate and assess data strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to drive to consensus where appropriate goal oriented approach; self-management good qualification regarding the compensation & benefits processes, budgeting education / qualifications / certifications required completed high education fluency in russian and english beneficial background in international environment experience in hr business partnering high education in hr sphere qualifying questions for applicants are you a mature hr professional? are you comfortable with driving multiple projects at the same time? do you have experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams?
