компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" обязанности: excellent understanding of systems completion & turnover process - turnover milestones, turnover certificatesknowledge fgp and tco procedures - main plant, site infrastructure turnover procedures, turnover dossier procedure, punch list procedure, moc procedure etcto define and validate sc certification scope for assigned sub-systems.to assist systems owners in plan and procedure development.to coordinate with construction site team within the framework of pmcs scope and construction to sub-system focus.support systems completion activities at 3gi/3gp substations with mechanical completion.close out pmcs construction.follow up with mc/rfsu/ rfo supportive close out.provide project / field engineering support for legacy p&f scope and all new scope from other project teams- managing all rfichr(39)s /tqchr(39)s /etc for kpjv response required.interfaces with tco/kpjv project engineering.provide quality assurance over the subsystems taking from other project team.primary involve in punch items closing.to develop and implement systems completion coordination plans and procedures.to manage interfaces with system owners for transition to pre-commissioning to commissioning.to own and facilitate weekly redzone meetings to drive weekly targets.to contribute to consistent safety management, environmental protection, health, reliability, and efficiency to achieve world class performance in support of tco operational excellence strategies.participates in a post walk down meeting following the completion of the walk down to ensure all identified items are finalized, registered and categorized in accordance with the punch list procedureparticipates in contractor weekly meetings to updаtеconstruction and contractor teams on the status of punch list clearing in support of mechanical completionsexperience in mcplus database usage to determine status and expedite closure of check sheets and punchlist itemsunderstanding of construction & commissioning quality requirements, as-built drawings, mechanical completionprepare reports in daily/ weekly basis to leads. требования: engineering degree required. major capital project experience in brown and greenfield environments, including engineering and construction experience in phase 4, have experience with engineering & construction teams cooperations. ability to communicate with multi-cultural teams and contractors. candidate should be ideally have previous experience with power management control systems. experience with high h2s installations beneficial. experience with brownfield plant design and construction knowledge essential. proven ability to proactively identify and resolve to project issues and problems. innovative thinker, with an ability to develop creative engineering solutions. ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements, monitor progress and adjust resource allocation to meet commitments. ability to work independently and understand deadlines.
