компания "netwrix corporation" netwrix: who we are we are a rapidly growing technology company of dedicated professionals striving to make a difference in the world of data security. our products empower organizations to minimize the risk of data breaches and ensure regulatory compliance by proactively reducing the exposure of sensitive data and promptly detecting policy violations and suspicious user behavior. our solutions are used by thousands of mid-sized and enterprise customers all over the globe. the company is headquartered in irvine, california, and has employees in many countries around the world. netwrix corporation continues to evolve and is looking for a technical knowledge manager based or able to relocate to georgia or armenia. please respond in english. portfolio is required. summary: technical knowledge manager is a specialist responsible for accumulating technical information about netwrix products and presenting it to internal and external stakeholders in a friendly format. what you will be responsible for: developing the internal knowledge wiki and maintaining high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for the customer-facing technical teams. developing and maintaining the public knowledge base; analyzing its effectiveness with a particular focus on reducing the number of support tickets opened by customers. working with the web team on improving the user experience and implementing new features into the knowledge base. working with tech writers on keeping the knowledge base aligned with the products and the help centers. working with technical enablement specialists, supplying them with up-to-date technical information for trainings. working with support, development and other subject matter experts on collecting technical information and converting tribal knowledge into internal and external articles. what we expect from you: it background or strong addiction to it; english – upper-intermediate or higher level; it background or strong addiction to it; at least 1 year of experience managing an internal or public technical knowledge base or a help center; experience with cms like zoomin, wordpress, wikipedia, sharepoint; basic knowledge of html, xml. what would be a plus: experience in technical support; experience in project management; familiarity with microsoft products what we offer: hardware and software required for work; access to the internal lab resources; a personal virtual testing environment if needed; employment according to the labor code of georgia or armenia; competitive compensation depending on experience and skills; challenging projects and a variety of tasks; upbeat working environment; opportunities for professional growth and promotion; relobonus (optional); work remotely from georgia or armenia.
