компания "brokeree solutions" the support engineer delivers information about our solutions to customers and provides them with technical support. the work also covers answering technical questions about current functionality and the product execution throughout the lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing solution requirements and supporting at defining the product vision. duties: be an expert in the company products; provide technical support to customers, prospects, and third-party vendors introduced by the business development team; accurately record time spent and actions taken to resolve customer’s issues; keep informed of new developments of the company; provide remote support of related software components; leverage all approved internal resources to continuously deliver up-to-date service; remain knowledgeable of customer and partner relationships; maintain awareness of the metatrader 4 and metatrader 5 platforms; comply with applicable confidentiality, license, and support agreements; responsible for leading assigned tickets; communicate with customers to set expectations throughout the escalation process; ensure department procedures and initiatives are followed at all times. requirements: intermediate knowledge of windows os and windows command-line; basic mysql knowledge; spoken and written english skills – upper-intermediate or better; good communication and team working skills. conditions: international russian-speaking team; work with english-speaking clients; the probationary period of 3 months (education is included); 28 days of paid annual leave; sports, english courses, medical expenses and professional courses compensation are available; full time remote job. the education period is included in probationary, it takes 1 month and is paid by the employer. we are looking for candidates with the following working schedules: mon - fri 15.00 - 00.00 utc+3 (including 1-hour break) mon - fri 23.00 - 08.00 utc+3 (including 1-hour break) mon - fri 00.00 - 09.00 utc+3 (including 1-hour break)
