компания "orion group kz" responsibilities: establish short term and long-term information management strategy in support of kashagan petroleum operations adopting, where practical, world-wide best practices and international standards support business processes via stronger business relationship, providing comprehensive and cost-effective information management of all electronic and physical information assets in the company. manage the business requirements collection and gathering. interpret these requirements and translate them into information insights supporting and improving the business processes. define, implement and manage information management services in line with business requirements and future needs aiming for improvement of the services to increase business satisfaction. ensure integrity, confidentiality and security of company content, including, but not limited to, documents, reports, correspondence. provide fit-for-purpose solutions and tools for the management of information to be used by business define, implement and maintain information management process documents including procedures, guidelines, manuals, etc. ensure that physical records of all types are managed effectively on behalf of the company and its contractors and subcontractors in accordance with policies, procedures and are accessible by the relevant parties. ensure the execution of all defined and approved information management controls, within both the it/im processes and business processes, and certify periodical outcome and audit trail as accountable. actively drive innovation and changes for information management processes to improve business alignment and satisfaction. requirements the job holder must hold a university degree. the job holder must have at least 8-10 years of experience in general it/im or related area, with at least 5-7 years of experience in the field of information or data management and at least 3-4 years in leading position. the job holder must have proven experience (3-5 years) in organizational change management. conditions:: атырау, 5/2
