компания "hr prime" the growth and ecosystem development team at our company focuses on connecting various blockchains and other teams in the industry with the company to expand its utility.as an ecosystem integration developer, we are looking for a talented individual with the right mix of developer know-how, a basic understanding of applied cryptography, coordination skills, communication skills, and organization skills.responsibilities- work with the ecosystem growth team to coordinate and develop blockchain integration projects with external teams, especially in the polkadot ecosystem.- serve as the point of contact for development support and progress on ecosystem integration.- provide development support for nft, defi and cefi projects, and other external project teams wanting to integrate with company.- develop server applications, scripts, or substrate pallet that are required for the protocol to integrate with other networks or services.- establish a connection with external projects and when required, lead the conversation with the external team and successfully deliver the project to expand the company ecosystem. key requirements (must-haves)- minimum 3+ years of development experience in rust, typescript, and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience.- customer-facing experience refers to having the experience interacting with other partner protocols that their previous company was working with (as company works on a b2b basis) — this is important as the candidate must be able to (1) understand the problem(s) brought up by the partner, (2) report the issue(s), and (3) create solutions.- strong desire to learn about new blockchain ecosystem projects and emerging technologies.- understanding of cross-cultural communication in a highly diverse and distributed working environment.- knowledge in blockchain technology, substrate pallet development.- native or above the professional level of english.- excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to speak to business development and technical teams internally and externally.- ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and function in a small team.bonus requirements (good-to-haves)- background in applied cryptography.- background in devops and sysadmin.- understanding of web3 and open source culture.
