компания "metro cash & carry" responsibility: 1. coordinate application support services team members tasks, participate in staff recruitment and induction 2. create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes 3. coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support 4. monitor applications support service level 5. prepare regular reports and analytical work within the consigned applications 6. serve as coordinator and contact person for internal and external escalations regarding consigned applications 7. projects coordination on business systems deployment experience requirements: 1. minimum 3 years experience in comparable erp systems (sap) supports function and/or project work as part of the project team 2. fluent english (both written and spoken) 3. extensive knowledge in company application map 4. knowledge in application support and deployment (project management, process organization) 5. experience in operation, support and deployment of wholesale and retail systems would be an advantage 6. university degree in information technology, with major in information technology or similar education
