компания "xometry europe gmbh" who we are: xometry is the worldchr(39)s largest on-demand production platform that is disrupting the manufacturing industry. our international network of over 4,000 partners enables us to offer a wide range of processing technologies: cnc processing, sheet metal processing, 3d printing and others. xometrychr(39)s customers include bmw, bosch, dell technologies, general electric and nasa. our business model: by the efforts of our sales and marketing team we receive hundreds of orders for production every day - from individual metal products to spare parts for the worldchr(39)s leading electric car manufacturer. these orders are distributed through our network of manufacturing partners. our operational team monitors the execution and delivery to customers and payment control, and resolves problem cases if they happen. and the majority of processes part of process are automated with our own it platform combining features of market place, crm and erp. thanks to its flexibility, speed and scalability, our model of decentralized production successfully competes with classic mechanical engineering companies. we are growing rapidly and expanding our business, both geographically and technologically. we are looking for a sales representative (business development manager) who will strengthen our sales team, support our growth and play an active role in our companychr(39)s business development. this manager will take full responsibility for sales and customer relationship for specific region. the ultimate goal of this role is to drive customerschr(39) acquisition, onboarding and retention . responsibilities:- handling incoming applications;- developing a client base, finding new customers;- assistance in the design of the order;- control of payments;- implementation of the sales plan;- crm maintenance. requirements:- successful sales experience;- knowledge of foreign languages: english, english + spanish;- ability to negotiate and communicate fluently and competently in foreign languages;- experience of living abroad is desirable;- technical mindset;- responsibility and commitment. conditions:- transparent incentive system: 500 euro fix + bonuses;- the total income of 2000 euros is quite reachable;- "ceilings" and regressive scales no;- work remotely;- schedule: by working days and within working hours of the countries where clients are located;- corporate ip telephony;- regular training at the companychr(39)s expense;- opportunities for professional development and career growth.
