Technical Advisor (Engineer) with Spanish + English

компания "xometry europe gmbh" who we are: xometry is the worldchr(39)s largest on-demand production platform that is disrupting the manufacturing industry. our international network of over 4,000 partners enables us to offer a wide range of processing technologies: cnc processing, sheet metal processing, 3d printing and others. xometrychr(39)s customers include bmw, bosch, dell technologies, general electric and nasa. our business model: by the efforts of our sales and marketing team we receive hundreds of orders for production every day - from individual metal products to spare parts for the worldchr(39)s leading electric car manufacturer. these orders are distributed through our network of manufacturing partners. our operational team monitors the execution and delivery to customers and payment control, and resolves problem cases if they happen. and the majority of processes part of process are automated with our own it platform combining features of market place, crm and erp. thanks to its flexibility, speed and scalability, our model of decentralized production successfully competes with classic mechanical engineering companies. we are growing rapidly and expanding our business, both geographically and technologically. for our office operations team we are looking for a technical advisor (m/f/d) with immediate effect to further expand our business. you will support or manage complex and critical projects and work with internal teams, customers and production partners to ensure successful implementation. in addition to working with customers and production partners, you will actively shape your work environment and collaborate with all critical interfaces. good ideas are implemented quickly at our company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. your working day is exciting and varied, the environment is international. tasks: project management full technical ownership and supervision from customer order to customer feedback on finished products use your technical expertise and solution-oriented communication skills to advise production partners, customers and the sales team on complex and/or critical projects quickly identify potential technical obstacles and provide helpful solutions maintain up-to-date status tracking of the technical side of projects in it systems. qualifications: a strong customer-focused personality, problem-solving mindset, and technical knowledge; technical education and/or technical college degree ideally at least 3 years of engineering experience, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines (e.g., within a service department) structured, critical thinking combined with strong multicultural communication skills in both english (very good) and spanish (fluent) it and digital skills, with a willingness to actively use modern technologies and software (prior knowledge of zendesk or a similar ticket system is an advantage). benefits: a dynamic, international team with colleagues from 10 different countries a role with immediate impact and with responsibility from day one competitive salary and other benefits the chance to be part of the transformation of the manufacturing industry.
