компания "xometry europe gmbh" ​ role description we are expanding our it team and looking for a salesforce developer who can support our efforts in migration to salesforce platform. this position is remote full-time and includes development & support of our salesforce instance as well as integrations with our core platform application. who are we? xometry (nasdaq: xmtr) is the world’s largest on-demand production platform that is disrupting the manufacturing industry. through our platform, companies have the chance to easily obtain quotations and order parts for their production needs. our international network of over 6,000 production partners enables us to offer a wide range of processing technologies: cnc processing, sheet metal processing, 3d printing and others. we deliver the final parts after a strict quality assurance process and our customers can always track the status of their requests. xometry’s customers include bmw, bosch, dell technologies, general electric and nasa. xometry eu core platform (erp system + customers front + suppliers front) is in-house built and based on ruby on rails/postgres/graphql stack, typescript/react frontend, some python modules and integrations with 3rd party solutions via apis. we’re now in the process of migration from pipedrive+zendesk into salesforce sales+service. currently, the european tech team is 20+ people in size and we prefer keeping it small and blazing fast. now we serve european business operations which are (from a tech stack perspective) separated from the us business served by another tech team of ~90. we are building the uber-like platform for manufacturing, deploying updates almost every working day, so there is a lot of interesting work to be done. responsibilities support the migration to salesforce, be ready to rеplасе the external experts who are consulting and helping us to prepare this migration. support our development team with deep integration between salesforce & core platform, with testing and deploying new features and improving processes. share knowledge about proper salesforce usage, about available toolkit and best practices. support business users, collect their feedback on salesforce usage and manage improvements pipeline coordinate efforts with our us team (who has an independent core platform and integrated salesforce instance) and help our new china team (where we are now rolling out our core platform and will have another salesforce instance soon). participate in new features design and development, develop custom salesforce apps, conduct a/b testing and evaluate improvements. successful candidate strong experience with the salesforce toolkit (apex, visualforce, lwc, aura, js, css, html). strong ability to abstract complex problems to their essential components and design and implement elegant solutions for them solid understanding of web development, rest apis, experience with salesforce integrations with other it landscape in the organization user-centric approach & experience with good ui creation strong communication skills and teamwork orientation, fluent english work conditions russian speaking remote team in the large international company successful startup (150 people in europe) inside the world market leader (900+ people in total) home office full-time / a long-term contract as individual entrepreneur relocation to munich is possible in a 1-year perspective significant bonuses are granted (similar to stock option program). salary (fixed in euro) is negotiable with each candidate
