компания "стамгазстрой" обязанности: performing daily hse inspections and being the primary contractor interface involving hse matters meet the position objectives and key performance indicators personally responsible for ‘zero incident & injuries’ promote corporate incident and injury free culture area present in field ~75%-80% of the time attend daily contractor tool box meetings ensure contractor compliance with task specific to ppe requirements ensure contractor compliance with msds expectations maintain permanent labour safety committee (plsc) as well as all required rok required certifications support weekly safety audits and inspections. attend as often as practical follow-up with contractor on closure of hse audit and inspection action items prepare weekly safety inspection reports communicate with hse supervisor and contractors regarding results of the weekly hse audits and inspections and assist contractors with mitigation efforts working with tco contractors to ensure compliance with tco project specific and rok expectations participate in and support emergency response drills and evacuations identify and ensure contractor has implemented necessary mitigations to ensure safe execution of work familiarization with all equipment/tools/materials that contractor mobilizes to the project site frequent review of jsas and work permits on the project site ensure performance of equipment, tool and vehicle safety related inspections are conducted in their areas of responsibility attend routine project hse meetings or other meetings as necessary build strong positive relationships with contractor representatives in order to influence hse actions other duties as defined by hse supervisor influences elc initiatives assist hse supervisor in hse training development & deployment требования: minimum of 5-10 years of construction experience five to ten (10) years industrial project / hse related experience leadership / coaching / influencing / mentoring experience experience in client/customer liaison service industry working knowledge of the tco and chevron hse processes knowledge of hse principles able to deal with evolving situations in a fast moving environment pc competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills условия: tengiz, 28/28
