компания "manpower" проект на 6 месяцев с возможным продлением. обязанности: activities and responsibilities as sso (site security officer)• conduct negotiations, conclusion and extension of agreements with vendors.• обеспечить обработку процедур по закупкам придерживаясь правовых требований и требований аудита.• conduct biddings and participate in endorsement of new vendors in compliance with corporate policies and local procedures, as well we maintain collaboration with existing vendors to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.• сonsolidate and rationalize local database of vendors, monitoring on quality of documentation, services and goods provided by the vendors.• conduct annual assessment of the vendors in compliance with requirements of local procedures.• prepare and check po in ariba system for purchase pf goods and services.• update services and goods specifications with specific particular vendors, if needed.• liaise with departments / business units and the vendors in order to set timeframes for services/goods delivery, foresee risks and act accordingly.• organizer and administer vendor selection committees, prepare bidding analysis for vendor selection.• conduct due diligence check for required vendors, ensure inclusion of vendprs to global approved third party list (gatpl)• regularly updаtеlocal procurement procedures/ instructions• conduct training on procurement process and ariba e1 for new colleagues activities and responsibilities as sso (site security officer)• update of site profile, site security plan, crisis management plan, security risk assessment in argos• order / organize access badges to new colleagues and visitors• extend or block access as needed in s2• regularly check site access history in s2• check alarm system/signalization together with it, initiate bt tickets of any failure of the system• develop and distribute local security procedures (such as “clean desk policy”,,“visitor access”, ”bomb threat” and other.)
