компания "симплфинанс" we are looking for a leader for our new project in the sme credit banking together with the yaр (innovative digital banking app from dubai) head of project develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management. manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals as well as negotiate and make decisions on issues/activities having critical impact/influence on the credit cards across the country. manage day-to-day delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to drive issuing sales & balance market share manage acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance for the entire credit cards product spectrum we are looking for: strong knowledge and background within the sme banking industry expert powers of communication and negotiation proven experience in successfully managing or launching new innovative products a good technical and project management understanding of how complex products are developed strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data proven +3 years of experience in working as a project manager, business developer, product manager, or similar roles in banks, including foreign projects experience working with internal and external partners to meet project goals excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must love interacting with people and working collaboratively) we offer: competitive salary hybrid work schedule (with office in moscow) medical insurance 5 days off
