Document Control Specialist

компания "псн казстрой" wood kss jsc is currently recruiting for document control specialist to be based in atyrau. responsible for routing, recording, monitoring, and expediting office checks of engineering and supplier data as required interfaces with reproduction department for required reproduction associated with distribution of engineering, supplier, and technical data accumulates certified supplier data and other required technical documents register and transmit internal, vendor and client documentation for the project check documentation to ensure that formats comply with company standards archiving of electronic and hardcopy documentation relevant to the project ensure all project documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordingly ensure all documentation is transmitted to the client as per client requirements and in an expedient manner archiving and retrieval of historical documentation assist and help jsc personnel with respect to any document management system queries quality check of all documentation prior to issuing/transmitting to client responsible for the handling of requests for new document numbers/hard copy documentation creation/set-up of new users in document management system chr(40)both internal/external userschr(41) process and record accurately all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures requirements: experience in engineering office document management knowledge of document management systems knowledge of data management systems experienced with spreadsheets and standard templates dcc and management skills acquired through 3 years office experience good english language skills
