компания "transsion" duties: •to develop research briefs and recommend research vendors that best meet stated business objectives•to be conversant in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in order to steer all market research projects•to run tracking and ad-hoc projects independently, from proposal to presentation of findings, including selecting and managing research vendors•to further value-add by writing implications for the business (both brand and product) after research presentation by external consultant•to render support to other departments within and outside transsion•to manage databases independently and provide support to other departments on further runs of data • help to collect, reply and deal with user feedback from all platforms. help product development team to optimize, so as to improve satisfaction of os product by forming a circle of product, design, optimization • monitoring user feedback and emotions on all platforms, including but not limited to facebook, google play, gsm arena, youtube, twitter. deal with user feedback on os usage, help to create and execute a positive public opinion guidance system qualifications: excellent market sensitivity, analysis and thinking ability; good project driving ability and execution ability, keen insight; excellent ability of information collection, judgment and report writing; good cross-team communication skills, team management experience is preferred university degree in market research / marketing / business / management / industrial engineering / statistics / economics / sociology / psychology or related fields. proficient (written/spoken) english and local language conditions: work schedule is 5/2 the office is 1 minute from the metro novye cheremushki (office work)
