We are looking for analysts to join the team who provides on-demand start-up analysis. We prepare detailed investment reports for a specific target audience - private investors, business angels, angel groups, family offices - and also invest in early-stage startups ourselves. Our clients get the opportunity to quickly consider new companies in the pipeline and make smarter investment decisions. Responsibilities: Preparation of analytical materials within the existing methodologies (assessment of the market, product, business metrics, competitive landscape, development potential, etc.). Gathering information from open sources. Conducting interviews with company founders and external experts. Data validation, structuring, layout and finalization of summaries. Performing investment summaries at the investment committees with partners. Reporting and work in CRM system. Requirements: Expressed curiosity. Interest in career in VC, general understanding of the industry, understanding of the life cycle of a startup. Analytical thinking, the ability to quickly structure massive amounts of information (and love for this process), accuracy and attention to the details. Great soft skills. Strong English (minimum requirement is the ability to read technical texts, understand speech, know business vocabulary), excellent Russian (minimum requirement is the ability to write structured, understandable and competent texts). Basic understanding of finance and financial statements. Creating basic financial models. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point. Candidates with a high learning rate with varied work experience. Experience in startups, financial institutions, entrepreneurial experience or experience in other related areas will be a plus.
