компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" requirements shall be educated to degree level. must be fluent in both kazakh and russian languages, and also have upper intermediate or advanced english. experience of tpp compilation preferable. qa/qc background essential, in particular related to pipelines and welding documentation. minimum 5 years previous experience in plant operations or on major oil and gas projects. responsibilities: assist ra passports and registration supervisor in setting up and maintaining processes, procedures, tracking and reporting tools relevant to tpps review completed tpps by contractors, provide advice and support to contractors completing such passports provide status, key performance indicators and reports regarding the compilation and completion of tpps to supervisor coordinate issues related to the completion of tpps with various project teams, operations, and contractors provide input into processes and resolution of issues related to tpp compilation and handover in consultation with supervisor, act as a subject matter expert on tpps for site based personnel coordinate tpp issues with other tpp coordinators based at site and in fabrication yards interface with base operations to provide existing tpps, and new tpps as applicable to dis inspectors as required facilitate the updating of existing tpps with addendums by base operations by providing applicable data and documentation as required (welding documentation, technical documentation, quality documentation) review of data and documentation provided for the updating of existing passports for tie-ins shall be experienced in working with piping and welding documentation and familiar with industrial safety requirements assist in updating of technical piping passports specifications for project in line with latest rok legislation, as well as project and base operations requirements if required ensuring that all piping systems and pipelines have the necessary passports as applicable development of strategies, plans, schedules, procedures as directed by ra passports and registration supervisor and provide advice and recommendations regarding tpps plan, organize and implement processes for equipment passports review of contracts scopes of work to ensure correct tpp requirements are placed upon contractors coordination with contractors, and interfacing with engineering to obtain required information to ensure all tpps are filled in correctly support ra passports team in general as required participate in progress meetings with contractors to expedite the timely completion of tpps provide input to weekly and monthly reports willing to travel to other countries and to site as and when required for progress and organizational meetings
