компания "слон медиа" for our slon tech team, we are looking for a head pm.a person with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in others. what matters to us is: excellent experience leading, motivating, and mentoring teams. experience in project management and project delivery in a software development company. natural facilitation skills, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, increasing transparency, and empowerment, as well as knowledge of servant leadership principles. excellent technological understanding excellent communication and presentation skills. comfortable with changing priorities and projects. it would be ideal if you had: experience in creating processes from scratch, it background (knowledge of operating systems, programming languages and methodologies), experience in team-building and people-management experience in sales or are familiar with sales techniques. you will also be able to: manage and organize the tasks and deliverables of the development team. discuss incoming tasks and requirements with other teams. participate in the development of sales processes. set a good example as a servant leader. provide stakeholders with the information they need to make decisions about product development planning. you will also have the option of: participate in job interviews and contribute to the growth of our team. contribute to the creation of an internal knowledge base and processes.
