компания "навоийский горно-металлургический комбинат" in this role you will: manage preparation ifrs financial statements; manage preparation management reports; be the primary contact for external auditors responsible for a smooth and effective audit process; provide methodological support to the accounting department; coordinate preparation sustainability reports; coordinate implementation of the 1c erp system; coordinate different consultancy projects; prepare required documentation for the supervisory board of the company; address ad-hoc cfo requests; coordinate procurement process in respect of consultancy contracts related to activities of ifrs and gri department; participate in hiring activities. requirements: essentials: acca or similar qualification; experience in managing preparation / audit of stand alone and/ or consolidated ifrs financial statements of a large entity/ group; experience in managing several work streams and completing projects within established deadlines; experience in team management (large teams or several small teams at the same time); audit experience (either as a big4 auditor managing audit engagements or an in-house finance team manager in a company subject to external big4 audit); advanced communication and presentation skills. ability to effectively manage different stakeholders – management of the company, different in-house departments, external auditors and consultants etc.; a strong team player who is able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment; russian – fluent; english – advanced speaker. nice to have: knowledge of the financial reporting in the mining industry; experience in capital transactions – eurobonds, ipo; understanding of esg principles; participation in preparation sustainability reports; experience in implementation of erp systems; experience in transition from national gaap to ifrs; deep knowledge of 1c erp system.
