multilingual client relationship manager acts as a point of contact for his/her clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and always striving to find the conditions which best fit the individual needs of a particular client or group of clients. please note that we are looking for native speakers to be sure that they know all nuances of how to build rapport with certain segments of local clients. to succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. you should be resourceful, tech savvy, analytical, adaptable, proactive, and organised with the ability to build rapport with different clients and colleagues. if you are unfamiliar with the forex/finance services industry, please expect a long-term training/mentoring period to sharpen your knowledge. responsibilities:
• contact potential clients via phone, chat, or email and process their applications in a timely manner.
• contact existing regional partners to receive regular feedback.
• identify customer needs to give valuable advice on trading platform specifics, funding methods, kyc procedure, welcome bonuses, special offers, etc.
• build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• collaborating with internal departments to fulfil client needs.
• collecting and analysing data to learn more about customer and competitor behaviour.
• keeping accurate records pertaining to the contacts made.
• maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• follow communication and reporting procedures, guidelines and policies. requirements:
• excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills
• passion to close deals without doing aggressive sales
• ability to adapt/respond to different people and generate trust
• ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• strong problem-solving skills
• ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
• fast learner
• native farsi speaker with fluent english
• knowledgeable about the market specifics of financial services (experience in fintech business development/sales in iran will be considered a supreme advantage)
• successful non-aggressive sales experience (2 years as minimum) what we offer:
