Project Manager (Retail, Finance,Technological and Business Processes Automation, IT Consulting)

компания "мегаполис" responsibilities: build communications within the project team, hold meetings; identify, analyze and coordinate requirements; lead functional teams towards efficiency and further processes automation; develop finance system architecture, identify best value-adding tools and control the implementation with the help of internal and external teams; focus on continuous portfolio optimization and overall de-complexity; drive further opportunities for integrated business planning and seamless connection between planning, managerial reporting and analytics for timely business decision making; identify, provide description, lead modeling and reengineering of business processes; develop methodological documents (analytical notes, user instructions, test cases, regulations on existing business processes); lead software testing, data analysis, reconciliation, solutions, develop tasks for it-specialists; estimate project budget & resources, work plan; control tasks progress, compliance with schedules and quality of work, report on testing, provide description of errors; prepare presentations and report to the shareholders and top-management; manage several ambitious initiatives simultaneously. requirements: higher education (finance/economics/it); five years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in international retail or big 4 consulting; proven experience in financial planning and project management; proven experience in business processes evaluation, optimization & automation; confident project practitioner; team management skills and experience; good understanding of principles and enterprise data architecture; advanced user of: ms office, power bi, cognos analytics, erp, 1c; advanced english level (spoken and written). conditions: competitive remuneration system with annual salary review and bonus; voluntary health insurance with dentistry, as well as the opportunity to purchase vhi for a family member at a corporate rate; join us or share us with friends!
