компания "лаборатория касперского" solutions integration manager is responsible for integration of kaspersky products and technologies into technological partners’ solutions, and for implementing the integration of kaspersky threat intelligence into a wide range of customers’ soc tools. sim drives projects and provides kaspersky technological partners with daily technical consultancy to complete integration successfully with regard to technical and business requirements. sim provides expert level consulting for kaspersky global presales team regarding ti services and products, including remote hands-on sessions, webinars, onsite knowledge transfer sessions. this position involves extensive external and internal communications, face to face, by telephone, presentations, and written form, and will include sensitive customer, commercial, operational and product information. main duties provide technical assistance and drive projects to integrate kaspersky products and technologies into the partners’ solutions including helping build soc using kaspersky threat intelligence perform project planning with a focus on partner and kaspersky technical and business requirements provide experience and expertise regarding the integration of anti-virus and/or anti-spam technologies for various platforms, operating systems and environments provide consultancy and hands-on assistance to enterprise customers willing to implement the threat intelligence capabilities in their soc tools (siem, tip, soar, etc.) clearly understand partners’ solutions and be able to process multiple projects simultaneously (15-30) proactively resolve upcoming issues and notify global account managers, product managers and other team members with regard to serious issues ensure the sim team delivers technical product trainings to kaspersky experts and partners’ representatives take part in designing the new products, composing roadmaps, developing and implementing effective processes and procedures with the other kl division experience 3+ years’ experience in technical account management, technical pre-sale, technical project management or 2+ years’ experience in software development (c/c++/python/scripting/regexes) professional knowledge and skills excellent technical skills in linux systems administration, strong analytical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills experience in software development, shell scripting, regexes deep understanding of tcp/ip networking, application level protocols: http, smtp, pop3, imap, ftp understanding the principles of siem usage in soc, and ability to manage the industry-leading siems. knowledge of modern anti-virus, anti-spam technologies and concepts of threat intelligence. soft skills fluent in written and spoken english customer communications: ability to prepare/present information with respect to partner expectations, manage attitudes and emotions negotiation skills: preparation of negotiation, how to structure a meeting, argumentation personal skills excellent planner, highly results-oriented, effective implementation skills, team player, inter-cultural skills, resilient under stress
