компания "asd technologies" novakid is an english language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets european cefr standards on an equal footing with their english-speaking peers (novakid teachers are native speakers from the us, uk and other countries). we are an advanced it company of 450+ professionals. we are looking for teacher development manager with knowledge of english at the advanced level. responsibilities: do teaching quality assessment, conduct one-to-one and group teacher training, design training materials, do course writing and course proof-reading, provide teacher support (hot line), participate in teacher recruitment (conduct job interviews). requirements: masters degree in higher education, educational administration, educational leadership or a related field recognised esl qualifications (cambridge celta, tkt, trinity, tefl 100 hrs, etc.) english proficiency level c1-c2 at least 2 years of vyl and/or yl teaching experience at least 3 years of academic management experience previous experience of remote work is welcome skills: strong time-management skills strong communication skills the ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment organisational skills problem-solving skills advanced computer skills we are offering: remote work full-time (40 hrs weekly) regular performance review international team extensive onboarding training support and guidance
