компания "jti" position purpose we are looking for rewards specialist, who will be responsible for compensation and benefits administration for petro and cres neva mostly focusing on assisting and advising employees re compensation and benefit programs.what you will do benefits administration: full administration cycle and coordination of jti benefits programs, including vmi, life insurance, pension program, espp create and updаtеbenefits communication and documents for employees assist employees and p&c managers with day-to-day benefits inquiries manage related documents flow compensation: conduct accurate job evaluations working closely with p&c managers and line managers manage full cycle of annual bonus process and coordinate one-time payments assist p&c managers with rewards calculations budgeting: maintain labor cost budgeting process in full scope during the year work in collaboration with finance performing analytical tasks and plan/fact analysis other: act as myjti power user to ensure the process is up and running for rewards purposes participate in rewards education/training for employees and p&c managers suggest, develop, and roll out new rewards initiatives and programs handle rewards issues and inquiries, ad-hoc requests and participate in rewards projects contribute to rewards policies & procedures review process p&c portal maintenance we expect from you passion for compensation, data and analysis with strong attention to detail curiosity and learning agility, ambition to learn and grow ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment collaborative and solution oriented ready to welcome changes upper-intermediate english advanced ms office skills (excel, powerpoint) candidate with data analysis experience (1 year min) whatchr(39)s in it for you dynamic working environment; team of highly motivated professionals; wide development opportunities; competitive compensation package.
