компания "kusum" pharmaceutical production responsibilities: 1. should have green field project implementation knowledge.2. should have knowledge of english and gmp knowledge.3. should be willing to travel to india for necessary orientation and training before start of project.4. technical review of all civil / building work proposal5. rcc and pre engineering building (peb) construction6. review and approval of structure drawing,7. review and approval of, sewage & plumbing drawing8. plumbing and sewage work execution as per international norm & country requirement if any.9. co-ordinate with contractor/agencies for scheduling of work.10. supervise the execution of civil work11. ensure all quality testing while construction of building, sand, brick, rcc, pcc etc.12. preparation & follow up the bar chart.13. daily, weekly, monthly scheduling of work and follow with contactor to meet the time line.14. should have exposure of compliances of statutory requirements of the country and liaison work with government departments.15. coordinate with other internal team member for civil foundation requirement utility equipment - boiler, air compressor, chiller, ht yard16. certification of measurement contractor bills.17. should have knowledge and follow environmental, health and safety (ehs) norms at site
