компания "нипигаз" the position is required for arctic lng-2 project. alng2 project consists on a fixed nearshore lng plant with 3 process trains located in tazovsky district of yamal-nenets autonomous region (ynar), russia. main construction strategy for each lng train includes topside modules to be fabricated in local yard and international module yards and integrated on a gbs. requirements: 5+ yerschr(39) cost control experience preferably in construction projects. professional user of excel. good working level of english. main responsibilities: to stay informed of the costs and trends of the construction versus the budget and informs the site manager / cost manager of any important trend or deviation of costs from budgets. to ensure that relevant corrective actions are identified and implemented as per site manager instructions. to participate in site weekly management meetings with company. site subcontract cost follow-up & forecast commitment follow-up quantity forecast (with variations analysis) cost forecast / actual time spread (for vowd and forecast validation) vendor representatives cost forecast plan precommissioning / commissioning cost forecast (resource based) for specialised services and s/contract support site material cost follow-up purchase request monitoring back chargeable items => to collect supporting documents (on materials items, not necessarily on negligible cost) support to moscow on spot request help on vendor reps if needed spot analysis conditions: working for one of the largest oil&gas construction projects of federal importance. 5/2 working week. 100% official salary, compensation of travel expenses, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract. private medical insurance. highly professional international team.
