компания "ancor" our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is looking for a marketing lead. responsibilities: execution of regional species plans and brand planning: works closely with marketing leadership to give input into annual marketing plan. executes the roll out of country marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets in line with specific objectives as identified in the annual category plans. executes the roll out of country marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets in line with specific objectives as identified in the annual category plans. leads and develops supportive programs and projects to meet marketing objectives. responsible for deliverables and execution of such programs. builds metrics to track success and identify gaps versus planned outcomes. coordination of the production and supply of all support and promotional material: prepares/supplies marketing communications items, such as leaflets, posters, detailers, and merchandise aligned with global/international and regional platforms and directions (global and local brands). designs and supplies items for local brands where and when required. working closely with internal personnel and external agencies involved in the production and final approval of all artworks and ensures compliance with industry and internal organizational regulatory requirements. partners with regulatory department to ensure that all promotional material meets all legal requirements and is aligned with the latest product registration certificate. a&p planning/expenditure & sales forecasting: budgetary management: brands are supported by an advertising and promotions (a&p) budget, used to fund campaigns and promotions. it is the responsibility of the reu/rus marketing leader and marketing managers to manage the budget, to ensure appropriate allocation of resources. partners with business unit, supply, regulatory and quality to ensure sufficient product stock (by sku) available to meet sales targets, at the same time meeting inventory objectives. customer centricity: analyzes needs and requirements by interacting with customers, consumers, and sales teams, determining appropriate market research to determine customer needs and to identify the competitive pricing. spends time in the field as needed to support sales teams, meeting customers and consumers and gathering feedback on a first-hand basis. develops a deep understanding of the customer and customer needs. manages brands and products pricing, exposure and price control. develop and maintain business relationships with key business partners: builds positive relationships with relevant external bodies, such as kols, advertising agencies, key vendors etc. requirements: degree level in life science or business qualification. mba or professional marketing qualification is desirable. 5+years marketing experience fluency in english language is essential, written and verbal communication.
