компания "стамгазстрой" обязанности: develop and implement validation work processes for the deliverables required for operationsacceptance and handover, specifically related to the completion verification of technical pipingpassports to support a smooth handover from project to operations and tco base business. make suggestions to improve and simplify the delivery work processes if required. assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying work processes, as well aligning work processes with project team and tco bb reliability team. specific responsibilities include to track and validate the handover deliverables (including hydrotests, quality documents, technical piping passports, system and or equipment passports) for completion status in electronic handover packages by sub-system / system / facility using completion management system chr(40)cmschr(41) tool. follow agreed work processes for reporting and validating the completion of registered passports, non-registered passports and system passports to support the handover of the facilities from project to operations. assist to build operations acceptance and handover packages in cms tool for various project scope to transition from project to start-up organizations. update, link and or upload deliverables (redlines, tpps, passports, acts, quality verifying documents, etc.) into the cms web-based application for sub-system / system readiness status to support operations acceptance and handover process. work with piping passport team to know and understand test packages documentation requirements such as pressure test reports, test and inspection related documentation data, line list, project designation, golden weld, isometric drawings, inspection and test plans etc. learn how to read and understand p&ids (piping and instrumentation diagram). interface and maintain open communication with regulatory, system completion, operations andmaintenance, bb reliability, im teams to work on completion verification of handover deliverables(passports, redlines, quality documents etc.) and assist to align work processes for operationsacceptance and handover. ensure timely verification of handover deliverables’ statuses / metadata receipt in cms tool. be fluent in concepts of metadata / documentation management, demonstrate the ability to retrieve information and amend it using applications. develop work instructions of how to verify handover deliverables for completion in cms tool. ensure proper entry of electronic metadata loads and related documents, check correctness of data entered to cms and carry out remedial actions for compliance with delivery requirements. undertake remedial actions if required documents are not transferred / or not accessible at appropriate cms web-location. provide an assistance to set up the interfaces with regulatory passport database to cms with relevant metadata information for the completion verification of passports. validate and track operations and maintenance, system completion, engineering and regulatory and others handover deliverables for the completion status in handover packages in cms. perform technical review of deliverables for accuracy, quality and conformity with rok and tco requirements. follow punch list procedure to raise punch items for incomplete deliverables at sub-systems / systems rfsu (ready for start-up) and handover. understand document / information control process, shоwability to search and find documents / data using project document management systems. assist to delivery team members for handoverprocesses and activities as needed. participate in meetings, facilitate safety meetings, issue andprovide weekly readiness reports for deliverables completion status. требования: university bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent background level of english – low intermediate 2-3 years proven work experience in oil & gas environment – in the project environment / lifecycle, especially major capital projects (mcp) proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows experience with facility acceptance requirements - in line with rok regulations technical evaluation of regulatory compliance issues as related to the operations readiness to start-up. strong technical / analytical skills условия: tengiz, 28/28
