компания "стамгазстрой" requirements:higher technical degree in electrical engineeringminimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering.familiarity with iec and other applicable standards.electrical protection concepts, applications (etap), tools.good knowledge of electrical equipment: power generators/motors, high-voltage power transformers, overhead lines, switchgear and cables.experience in protection applications and troubleshooting, including primary and secondary measurements, switchgear instrument transformers, relays, control systems and power supplies (equipment specification, operational and maintenance requirements, reliability, and safety in design).experience and knowledge of formal programs for monitoring, trending and validation of protection performance in conjunction and monitoring/reliability programs.advanced computer proficiency (ms office applications).intermediate english language proficiencyprofessional demeanor and the ability to work with minimal supervision. provide protection engineering support for tengizchevroil (tco) operations and future growth project (fgp). role will be integral to ensure successful transition of fgp assets. liaise with other functions (machinery, operations, maintenance, automation, projects) to improve operational performance and troubleshooting related to protection equipment across various voltage classes. expert in protection schemes for generators, transformers, feeder cables/overhead, and motors. experienced in using etap (electrical transient and analysis program) and its various modules, including but not limited to arc flash analysis, short circuit analysis, load flow, device coordination & selectivity. produce technical analyses and reports with detailed recommendations for improving system reliability across systems and facilities. create and conduct reviews of maintenance procedures related to electrical protective devices to enhance the performance and reliability of the equipment. serve as technical mentor to early career engineers, operators, and analysts. uses processes, engineering principles, practical experience, and standards to identify focus areas for reliability, mechanical availability, and maintainability of protection equipment. provide leadership, guidance and coaching in the area of influence.
