компания "стамгазстрой" technical qualifications: • university bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent background. • level of english – low intermediate. • 2 – 3 years proven work experience in oil & gas environment – in the project environment / lifecycle, especially major capital projects (mcp). • proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows. • experience with automation and instrument • experience with facility acceptance requirements - in line with rok regulations. • technical evaluation of regulatory compliance issues as related to the operations readiness to start-up. it skills: • good working knowledge of microsoft office application (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, visio etc.) job functions and responsibilities works with automation and mac teams and consults with all involved responsible stakeholders to implement agreed work processes and procedures. assists and provides input to develop handover packages for tracking and verifying the completion of deliverables in cms. works with phase 5 delivery team to ensure automation deliverables are electronically managed, loaded, linked and updated in fgp cms tool.the specific and main responsibilities include to track and validate the completion of automation, mac handover deliverables by systems / units / areas for control & power, field facilities, pbf, 3gi & 3gp, iocc but not limited to:• chazop (control systems hazard and operability analysis)• alarm objective analysis (aoas)• safety requirements specifications (srss)• deliverables for iocc migration• safety instrumented system chr(40)sischr(41)• etc.works to track and verify that handover deliverables are received, complete and accurate in cms handover packages. assists in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying work processes.provide guidance for the validation of delivery work processes, make suggestions to improve as needed. works with phase 5 delivery team members to assist and verify the project deliverables are complete by sub-system / system / area for operations acceptance and handover.to be aligned with work instructions to identify and detail each step of execution for the validation of completion of automation and mac handover deliverables. provides support required to project team to be successful in the readiness of deliverables for handover using cms tool.works with automation and phase 5 delivery teams to enhance and populate the cms tool. responsible for proper entry of electronic metadata loads and related documents; ensuring the correct data entered to cms and carry out remedial actions for consistency as per delivery work process requirements. undertake immediate actions if required documents are not transferred / or not accessible at appropriate cms web-location. provide technical assistance in importing data from contractors databases and correcting mistakes in entering information.provide support to delivery teams to track and validate the project deliverables for handover required by operations and maintenance. understand document and or information control process, shоwability to search and find documents / data using project and company document management databases.participate in meetings and take minutes of meeting notes, issue completion and or readiness status reports for deliverables, present in safety meetings. assist to project team members (automation, mac, iocc and others) as related to delivery validation scope
