Environmental GR Specialist

компания "kaz minerals russia llc" baimskaya management llc is looking for potential candidates for the position of environmental gr specialist within gr department in our moscow office. structural division: environmental gr section report to: environmental gr manager requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education for relevant profession (ecology, environmental safety, environmental engineering, environmental protection, technosphere safety, geoecology, climatology and atmospheric protection); at least 2 years work experience of independent development of permitting environmental documentation (ndv, szz, nds, nolr, pec, waste passports, environmental impact declarations, ker, etc.); experience in environmental monitoring and analysis of results; proven experience of interaction with state bodies in the approval of environmental documentation; work experience in the ecology at design institutes and/or environmental consulting companies; knowledge of the laws of the russian federation on standards, methodological and other documentation related to environmental protection and rational use of natural resources; knowledge of laws of the russian federation on environmental standards and rules, environmental certification methods, environmental monitoring procedures; knowledge of laws of the russian federation on control tools used to ensure the compliance of the company equipment condition with the requirements of environmental safety and rational use of natural resources, applicable environmental standards and rules; confident use of ecologist series software is mandatory (uprza ecologist, ecologist-noize, pdv- ecologist, etc.); confident user of technical graphic software (autocad, mapinfo, qgis); english - intermediate. responsibilities: prepare and updаtеthe matrix of initial and permission documents in the field of natural resources; conduct necessary calculations in specialized software to obtain permits required (standards of emissions, discharges, waste generation, sanitary protection zones); prepare application documentation packages; generate reports to the state authorities in accordance with the available permits; verify relevant calculations as part of the design documentation; review technical reports of engineering and environmental surveys for all newly introduced facilities; analyze previously issued reports to check the sufficiency of the field work performed in connection with the new requirements of sp 502.1325800.2021, as well as analyze the certificates submitted by the state authorities. conditions: employment specifications: direct contract with baimskaya management llc; work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm competitive salary and benefits; medical insurance; corporate lunches; location: "moscow city"
