компания "верофарм" this position works out of our belgorod production site in veropharm (established pharmaceutical division- epd). what you will do: develop and maintain belgorod quality system and its constant improvement. team motivation & effective organization. communication with regulatory authorities (e.g. quality events- recalls/withdrawals), management team and regional qa. assess the (future) impact of trends and changes in governmental policies and regulations, on the abbott (epd) business within own perimeter. ensure on time product disposition; new product introductions; validation; auditing; qa it systems. required qualifications: experience in conducting and handling audits and inspections. strong knowledge of relevant regulations for quality systems and compliance. strategic agility, conceptual thinking, business awareness, high people agility, excellent managerial and communication skills. capable of analyzing data to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues. preferred qualifications: 6 years + in the pharmaceutical industry and/or government regulatory agency. capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives. project management skills. advanced level of english language.
