компания "юсс супорт сервисез" position based in tengiz, rotation 21/21 responsibility: ​ warehouse management & safety and operational performance control of all warehouse personnel. manage stock and reordering to established min max levels. timely procurement of all required inventory. accurate control over all goods movements, i.e. receipt, issues & returns if applicable. monthly stock count and re-conciliation. check all financial reports submitted to accounts, customs and user departments. ensuring that all financial reporting is timely and accurate. control hse meeting with warehouse personnel on a regular weekly basis. producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems. attract, retain, and develop effective warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient, motivated, and skilled workforce. delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the company management. communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers. work cross-functional with all departments to endure quality and maximize productivity. training staff and monitoring their performance and progress. maintain house keeping, storage and work areas in a clean, tidy and secure condition. communicate effectively in the workplace. maintain dignity and respect to co-workers and clients. provide high standards service to colleagues and customers. develop and adhere to job hazard analysis (jha’s) in regards to all potentially hazardous tasks. develop team commitment and co-operation, encourage and promote team performance. conduct internal audits of quality management system and prepare audit reports. seek internal training opportunities appropriate for position as agreed with management and outlined on company training matrix. personal protective equipment (ppe) must be worn at designated places as dictated by signage or instruction. appropriate uniform must be worn according to the job requirement. do not use company’s property and vehicle for beneficial use. perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager. requirements: higher education ideally in business management or economics. minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role within a busy warehouse operation preferably with within automotive & heavy equipment maintenance operation. clear understanding of materials management and inventory control procedures and practices and a minimum of 2 years as manager. must possess good english speaking and communication skills. computer literate with microsoft as a minimum. must be capable of producing precise and accurate reports to finance and ess management. must have a good background in inventory control and have the ability to work under extreme pressures.
