QA Automation Engineer (Core Media, RCV) (Georgia/Europe)

компания "dins" the ringcentral video team is developing a new generation video conferencing service built using webrtc, the video quality of which adapts to various networks: 3g, wifi, lte. it allows you to make video calls and organize video conferences for hundreds of participants. users can connect to the service from browsers, smartphones, and desktop applications. we are looking for a qa automation engineer in the rcv media team, which develops and tests a media server (sfu), whose task is to receive and transmit media traffic (audio, video) from clients to clients in a specific video conference. key responsibilities: write diverse automated tests for the sfu media server: from api testing and external integrations to audio/video quality testing. participate in the development of a framework (javascript) for testing a media server. create, run automated tests, analyze the results of the run on different environments, engage in ci development. prepare test cases and perform manual tests. search for the root cause of problematic behavior in a distributed system with multiple components. skills & requirements: 2+ years of experience in testing. experience in automating test scenarios on any program languages from 1 year. understanding qa as a quality assurance process, knowledge of software development and testing processes and methodologies. experience with git. basic knowledge of tcp, udp, http protocols. basic unix experience. the level of english is not lower than pre-intermediate (reading and writing those. references). will be a plus: experience in automating testing in javascript. experience in testing telephone and video services. understanding the principles of the network and distributed systems. experience with webrtc, sip. experience in testing ha and highload systems. conditions: work for foreign company (georgia), further relocation to spain. relocation bonus (tickets+rent apartment). well-coordinated professional team. cutting edge technologies, interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career growth. job placement and payment of salary take place according to the labor code, as well as vacation and sick lists. corporate training programs, english language courses.
