компания "dins" wechr(39)re looking for head of hr for it company. it is a global leader in cloud-based communications and collaboration software. company is fundamentally changing the nature of human interaction—giving people the freedom to connect powerfully and personally from anywhere, at any time, on any device. company is settling the new unit in spain (valencia) and looking for the head of hr to support all hr functions in the new office. mainly the staff will be relocated from another current location (georgia). we target to move 400-800 employees by groups till the ye2023, so 90% of headcount as of this date are russian nationals. further on there is a plan to integrate into local market closely and hire more local resources within 2-5 years. strategic goals for the first 6-12 months: launch new office in spain (search, accomodation, equipment, all standard services’ contracts) and make it the place where people are keen to go daily (work-life balance, activities, atmosphere, interiers, opportunities and conditions for the comfort work). build up the optimal working processes, considering both companychr(39)s practices, previous unit’ experience and best hr it knowledge, gaining maximum transparency and effectiveness for the employees. relocate appr.400-800 employees from existing unit in georgia; help them to adopt & accommodate, ensure their working effectiveness, help leaders of all levels to build strong teams on the new place. proactively work with hiring, attract strong professionals, ensure standard or less attrition (upon it market ratio). overall support and help for production to be sufficient and highly effective. strategic goals for the long-term (3-8 years) : transform internal corporate culture from “mainly russian” to “mainly european\international”, integrate spain office into the local communities, raise up the prestige of it sphere on local market, gaining new human resources. build the strong co brand on overall european market, able to compete with it europe |emea stars in order to attract the best talents in the region. key responsibilities: deliver all main hr services to the employees: onboarding, training and development, evaluations, communications, events, paper administration\operation etc. manage existing hr team (currently located in georgia) with partial relocation to spain and partial remote work. coordinate with payroll vendors, benefit vendors, accounting and legal teams to ensure proper compliance of сompany obligations under spanish law and internal policies. integrate \compilate current hr\admin\related processes used in georgia with rc headquarters’s processes, spanish law and practices, best it practices. keep them efficient and updated without digging in bureaucracy. manage culture, motivation and retention for the employees based in spain through communication and education. help to held the strong team spirit, eg by organization of events for employees and team building activities. close partner with ceo spain and management in belmont, california in order to deliver required hr service. partner with the local teams in spain and georgia and hr in usa to get optimal decisions/solutions, both staying in line with global practices and being effective in daily routine for spain unit. ensure the assistance to employees and families in relocation and settling in a new environment. keep and enlarge high professional level of technical/production staff (so called “russian engineering school”). requirements: previous work experience in it sphere, preferably with russian corporate culture. hr|hrbp|people operations experience in spain, knowledge of local labor laws and standard practices. experienced in hr \supportive functions (5+years). degree in hr\mba\psychology. russian and english languages - native or proficient, spanish is strongly desired. strategic view, ability to transfer vision into reality, get things done. great negotiations, communication, conflict management skills, understanding cultural differences. what we offer: competitive salary and social package. relocation to spain coverage. nice work condition in spain (valencia). details would be discussed individually.
