компания "qiwi" responsibility: assistance in preparation of a quarterly earnings results (analysis of results, preparation of earnings release, script, q&a, investors presentation, databook, post-event reporting) assistance in preparation of prospectuses / press releases / scripts / q&a related to different corporate events (incl m&a activity, launch of new projects, agm/egm, etc) research on industry events and trends assistance in corporate events preparation – cmd, credit and esg ratings meetings, ndrs, conference calls, etc. monitor and analyze sell-side analyst notes and models for accuracy and reasonableness of assumptions to ensure consensus estimates are accurate process requests of sell-side, buy-side, banks, ratings agencies, etc. preparing materials for various types of disclosure – quarterly financial and operating results, environmental, social and corporate governance, m&a, etc. support in development of esg practice and its’ external and internal communications preparation of annual report on form 20f and esg report assistance in development of communication with retail investors via different channels maintenance of ir website maintaining and updating investor and shareholders contacts database ad hoc presentations for management and the bod requirements: degree in economics, finance or a related discipline from leading russian or international university 1-2 years background in ir, consulting, financial or investment analysis of business fluency in english, including business and financial vocabulary strong proficiency in powerpoint and excel excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills a solid understanding of financial analysis multitask and great attention to detail ability to translate complicated data into a simple story
