компания "лаборатория касперского" what you will be doing: overseeing more than 10 3pl providers across the globe. planning & inventory monthly demand planning for retails products in cooperation with regional sales managers (europe, middle east, africa). lead demand planning process, stock check, medium and long-term production planning. leading the forecast collaboration process with sales. ensure the safety stock levels, forecast consumption logic and other attributes are accurate communication with 15+ sales managers from different countries and regions, suppliers, internal colleagues. participate in monthly s&op regional meetings. inventory management: optimization, controlling, monitoring of movements. identify inventory problems (non-moving stock, excess, stock-out risk). inventory reporting and tailor-made stock reports preparation. review the metrics of the forecast attainment by sku. various data bases management and maintenance production management manage maser data maintenance and set up of new skus on regular basis, including pricelists (approx. 3000 skus). end-of-life skus discontinuation process, sku rationalization. barcodes database management support preparation of gtm strategies for the plan to supply chain, sales and financial departments coordination and quality check of art work and files with marketing, sales and manufacturers print proofs, quality management for retail products governance and maintenance of posa products production process order management process creation and follow up of production orders/po’s with external suppliers: monitor status and escalate issues problem solving the highest causes of error by researching error, determining root cause, and driving for improvement, monitoring and troubleshooting of incidents e.g. wrong deliveries, quality and production issues communication with regional 3pl providers accounting control and processing of production and logistics invoices projects management identify improvement opportunities. continuous process and system optimization and automation. dashboards developments, kpis implementation (forecast accuracy, back order ratio, others) erp system development and continuous optimization. participate in cross-functional projects with legal, tax, procurement, sales, it and other departments requirements at least 5 years of relevant experience within global organizations knowledge of erp systems. dynamics axapta 2012 warehouse and stock management module is a must highly proficient in spoken and written english structured worker, with a close eye for details, thorough operating principle “hands-on” mentality, flexibility to pick up other tasks where needed self-starter, pro-active, dare to ask questions, out of the box thinker ability to work independently, with limited supervision ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize under a tight schedule excellent communication skills and able to work well in a very open team environment proven analytical/problem solving skills to enable the review of historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
