компания "лаборатория касперского" our team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic gtm lead to build a manageable and measurable regional marketing strategy, and help support and implement it. they will inspire teamwork and foster collaboration to achieve kaspersky’s bold goals. the role involves the following tasks and responsibilities: strategic: develop regional strategies aligned with hq’s goals (including sales targets), priorities and vision; define tas, user personas, talking points; fine-tune the product portfolio and product messaging; monitor the competitive landscape (features, campaigns, pricing); monitor changes in legislation and ensure that the required documentation (certifications) and strategy are aligned with these changes; keep white space and customer penetration analysis updated; plan marketing campaigns to generate the correct levels of revenue pipeline; contribute to the creation of regional marketing budgets and activities; set up trackable kpis using marketing dashboards; tactical: help to prioritize regional marketing activities according to regional strategies, optimize romi, taking into account assets consumption and feedback from regions, partners and customers; plan any necessary additional actions from product marketing’s side to support regional marketing activities and ensure that the necessary bom is available and localized; lead virtual/project teams within hq to achieve regional goals; exchange best practices across the regions; monitor customer journey map (cjm): work with the relevant product marketing managers (regional and product) to manage touchpoints and pain points; align channel/partner marketing with regional strategies; control marketing budget planning, and its alignment with regional strategies; initiate and deliver marketing business case pre-evaluations; requirements: 5+ years’ experience in b2b marketing, with a strong knowledge of target audience specifics (it, it security a plus); experience in building efficient marketing processes – key metrics, channels, attribution models, etc.; demonstrable project management skills; strong communication and negotiation skills; english language level: upper intermediate (90% of work will be conducted in english); advanced microsoft office user; bitrix, marketo experience a plus.
