компания "belitsoft" about project/client we have a project which is related to a global provider of leading innovative network intelligence and security solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide. this project is connected with the software which provides ability to manage internet mobile traffic as for big mobile operators (around the world) the same as for private users. this team lead position is a great opportunity to take a significant part in building the growing our client’s product. the team develops state of the art innovative solutions in an agile environment and fast ttm requirements. the team is responsible for the network congestion solution, which is an innovative solution. the group providing cutting edge products involving development of complex algorithms, high performance, and high availability aspects. what you will do: lead the backend sw development team within the whole product; hire and mentor new team members to cope with the growing business and technological challenges; review, evaluate and approve new development content; lead field case investigations and research activities; lead the execution of the teamchr(39)s work in order to improve and streamline development processes ensuring team delivery on scope, on time, and on quality; guide, review, and approve new features design & implementation; lead and facilitate sw design & architecture activities for the product roadmap; requirements: at least 7 years of previous experience as a backend developer in java; 5+ years of experience as team leader; former experience of managing mixed teams of backend and frontend developers; experience with relational dbs; ability to work in intensive startup like environment; highly motivated with strong leadership skills and great collaboration capabilities; familiar with java frameworks; great communications skills in english; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
