компания "oxagile" now we are looking for proactive senior bi engineer project: analytic system for existing ott (over-the-top) media solution.high workload (billion datapoints per day) solution for existing customers (several millions already). responsibilities: design and implement the dashboards and visualizations of real-time streaming information; content development and visualizations design and implementation; qa and end-to-end testing experience (development of pre-determined results, test plans, use of test and code promotion environments, etc.). essentially the bi developer \ data analyst will: meet with stakeholders to gather, understand, and finalize reporting, dashboard, alerting, and visualization requirements/use cases; design ui/uix for same; understand data sources (real time, streaming, and historical); implement ui/ux using pivot imply (and possibly other tools); develop sandbox/discovery environments for “self-service” reporting and user-driven drill-down; provide data analysis; drive qa for all of the above. required skills: several years of experience as a data analyst/bi-engineer; experience with large and complex databases; knowledge of business intelligence tools like tableau, powerbi or similar is a plus; rigorous analytical mind and high attention to detail; experience as analyst of metric and kpi data based on around basic statistics; experience with imply pivot and druid or grafana a huge plus, otherwise developer-level expertise with tableau, qlikview, sisense or other visualization tools and best practices a must; ability to meet with business users and management to mature and finalize requirements; experience in technical and development environments and ability to integrate and architect ui needs with backend data; and understand design patterns for implementation; familiarity with agile is a plus. is a plus: knowledge of columnar databases such as druid.
