компания "hays" role: concierge specialist role & responsibilities: reporting to head of concierge, you will gain excellent experience servicing employees of best-in-class companies on the russian market falling into the fortune 500 list and russian blue chips. our concierge team contributes to the growth of the organization across all lines of business, through employee engagement and expert product and service knowledge. we are looking for full-time concierge specialist to be based in our moscow office. this is an exciting and extraordinary opportunity to work within team that has an almost obsessive dedication to excellence in customer service. what youchr(39)ll do: you will educate, assist and make reservations for employees of our corporate customers with order enquiries through several channels (chat, email, and telephone). you will provide product and service information (6,000+ merchant partners across 15 categories) to employees. you will work with the customers service and merchants service departments to resolve any discrepancies. you will be the face of our company to our customers and merchant partners alike. manage and inspire of program users being passionate about operational excellence, acting with our customers and partners always in our hearts. on-the-job education and training of team members on how to serve our valuable customers. who you are: you have experience working in customer service, in a luxury/fashion retail environment, hospitality industry, it- service, private banking service, concierge service. you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in russian and english (essential). you have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. you are passionate about corporate benefits programs and understand merchant brands we serve. warm, friendly, calm, confident and courteous at all times. able to anticipate client needs and deliver intuitive and highly personalized solutions. pro-active, energetic and positive attitude. excellent team player; displays compassion towards and enjoys helping fellow colleagues values privacy and confidentiality. passionate about travel, culture, and unique global experiences. views failure as an opportunity to learn. strong it & crm systems skills. able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively under pressure. able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes. strong networker and relationship builder
