компания "latoken" latoken digital wallet is growing 35-100% per month on the multibillion money users worldwide market.we made financial account opening as easy as on instagram.yet, more people need to manage money rather than photos.we will be bigger than the social wallet.role: operations managerunit: listings operations mission: excellent and transferrable sales operationsstory: the sales unit needs transparent, excellent, and scalable operations to make clients (token teams, traders, and wallet users) and latoken teammates consistently successful. key problemchr(39)s: make operations transparent and scalable, ready to support 60 paid listings per month by q3 2022 how: manage processes: right people to the right places with well-defined roles and tools. measure processes: dashboards with funnel and sport-table to make growth managers accountable. define processes and roles: workflow (miro), checklists, and clickup tasks. oversee quality control procedures, including lost deals feedback, mystery shopping, communications scoring, etc. maintain best practice resources and ensure frontline staff is trained oversee risk management and scam prevention efforts constraints: make processes supportive (prefer to reuse and develop existing tools)main performance number: paidsecond performance number: listings revenuefunctions:• operations : assign leads to gms, lc set up, added and created tg groups.• staking set up : set up staking due to terms from gms requests• ir support : provide access to investors from ir department to data-room.• structure workflow : roles and processes are formalized; analytics is developed• crm health : ensure okrs: crm overdue and no to-dos are on platform and checked on weekly basis• listings scam check : check kyc and scam criteria for new listings on latoken• control conversions : investigate conversions overall and on a deal by deal basis to make managers accountable• manage talent : hire and onboard newcomers, promote top performers and terminate laggards• : growth operations• control quality and risks : manage work of crm&quality analysts to ensure they set high standards for the front-line teams and do not miss potential risksrequirement skills and experience: ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in managing sme-focused sales operations experience in crypto, fintech or managing operations at a fast-growing startup will be a plus, as well as big-3 or big-4 consulting experience. experience in okrs implementation, bpmn/erp, agile it management will be helpful, too you need to have a genuine desire to be a senior leader in a very dynamic, successful and growing company – and see the job and growth of the company as a large part of your life. you would be required to work very long hours, in a demanding, but rewarding work environment. desired skills team management, process mapping, performance analytics
