компания "consort group/консорт" responsibilities development and implementation of strategies for attracting orders and forming / developing relationships with customers, formation of stable business relationships with the relevant decision-makers conducting initial negotiations with prospective customers in order to identify new business opportunities and development of those to maturity managing the respective proposal teams strategic and operational development of eastern european markets including russia with the aim of developing business opportunities and securing targeted order intake. monitoring of the eastern european and russian markets in terms of the planned decommissioning and waste management activities; organizing the collection, systematization and monitoring of information on prospective directions of the nuclear and radioactive waste defining the contract portfolio, preparation and keeping up to date of short-, medium- and long-term plans of contracting in accordance with the strategy competition analysis (market share of competitors, their business models, analysis of competitorschr(39) activities, etc.) analysis of success factors and adapting the sales strategy for successful tender wins analysis of the negative factors for the lost tenders, and taking preventive and countermeasures to make sure, that overall contracting targets are met support in updating the companychr(39)s strategy in accordance with the macro-economic situations and geopolitical situation, including of medium and long-term financial indicators active participation in the key industry events and conferences supporting the marketing communications activities in the direction of decommissioning and waste management; creation of a positive image of the companychr(39)s activities in the field of nuclear energy experience in nuclear industry projects is a must at least 10 yrs proven success in business development & sales in engineering companies selling various business models, i.e. variations of epc. furthermore, knowledge in other business models like boo etc. is of advantage 5 yrs+ proven experience in business development & sales in the respective region engineering degree or comparable qualification. focus on nuclear engineering is of an advantage proven leadership experience in practice both as a line manager and without a line manager function english & russian – business fluent, other languages beyond well appreciated good knowledge of crm, contract portfolio management strategic capabilities a high level of business awareness and acumen excellent communication and organizational conditions readiness to relocate to we
