компания "barona" our client is looking for a senior project manager to launch a crypto exchange in the uae ( relocation in the uae) responsibilities: planning for the launch of the exchange; vendor team management, no room for error; setting up, adaptation, process management on the project from the collection of requirements to technical support; conduct scrum events: planning sprints, daily team meetings, retrospectives, etc.; interaction with our partners; project budget and risk management, project reporting; facilitation of teamwork, setting up a workflow, priorities, tracking deadlines; important: mandatory relocation in the uae; experience in developing and launching unique products and projects (international) for at least 7 years; english – fluent spoken and technical; understanding how fiat and cryptocurrency exchanges work; understanding how devops work; understanding the tools and methods of software development; systemic thinking; scrum and waterfall - maximum proficiency level. terms: relocation is mandatory, remote work format is not possible. agile. scrum (two-week sprints, teamwork). experienced international team; cool projects that follow the fintech market trends.
