компания "kpmg" compliance response specialist, almaty responsibilities: understanding in full the specifics of the required hotline service as the tool for reporting information on corruption, fraud, unethical behavior, embezzlement, discrimination, and other violations as opposed to general understanding of hotline service as quick response channel for all call center requests and questions regarding operational activities of companies analysing incoming information (via calls, email, portal, chat) to the hotline based on relevancy for the hotline properly and timely replying to requestors (via calls, email, portal, chat) in case the request is not relevant for the hotline specifics properly summarizing the essence of the reported relevant violation, writing a description of the violation for further review by the compliance service collecting information on the violation necessary to assist the compliance service in properly identifying the case and involved parties, as well as other details required for conducting an investigation being able to maintain professional behaviour and work under pressure, subject to deadlines being able to maintain confidentiality of the received information and properly deal with sensitive issues. requirements: higher education, desirably in linguistic; fluent russian and kazakh, additional english is recommended; always collect, process and report information in an efficient and accurate manner; being able to manage heavy flow of calls, emails, chat and portal requests; professional etiquette, sensitivity and tact via calls, email, portal, chat; being able to work independently and inform the supervisor on problems or issues of concern that may impede efficient work flow; being able to deal with all types of people.
