компания "kpmg" what we do kpmg’s integrated team of specialists works at deal speed to help you find and drive value throughout your transformation and transaction lifecycle: solve the problems faced by governments, international financial development institutions and private sector in infrastructure development initiatives; advise our clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, partnerships & alliances, shareholder and management buyouts, shareholder financing needs; provides advice on managing divestments and acquisitions of companies in kazakhstan, performs valuation engagements and other corporate finance tasks. we are hiring professionals in almaty, nur-sultan, tashkent. responsibilities participation in the following assignments: in-charge role in business valuation projects; dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company (also during site visits); carrying out financial analysis of companychr(39)s historic results and projections, conducting industry research; preparing of various types of financial models (from express models to complex flexible financial models); valuation of business using market and cost approaches; conducting industry research and market analysis; report writing and review after junior staff; preparation and supervision of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials; supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring; ability to present results of deliverable to senior colleagues/management to fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: higher education, preferably in finance/economics; at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in big4, valuation consulting firm, bank (corporate lending, collateral and risk departments), private equity, internal corporate finance department and/or 3 years of relevant experience in industry (oil & gas, power & utilities, metals & mining, industrial plant etc); knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques: dcf, different approaches to valuation; good understanding of financial statements and interconnections between them, knowledge of financial accounting, good understanding of ifrs, us gaap; it skills: advanced ms excel, word, power point user; strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills; excellent writing and presentation skills; fast learner, team player with strong communication skills; ready for travelling; cfa, asa, kazakhstani valuation license certification is a plus; fluent english and russian. the role enables to: enjoy accelerated career development with rapidly growing firm; work and grow in a people driven organization; deal with leading clients in complex and challenging assignments; benefit from a strong learning and development culture; experience the excitement of contributing to a dynamic and constantly changing environment; have an opportunity to work on a wide range of deal advisory engagements in an extremely dynamic and rapidly developing market environment.
