компания "колл солюшенс" we are looking for a colleague who would be in charge of local customer support team. what you will do: understand and ensure achievement of goals and key performance indicators of the local cs team in the country. be an ambassador of company values and culture for employees. ensure team members understand company mission and vision and share its values. explain the interlink between company goals and all level employees’ goals and achievements. understand and strengthen team knowledge of the product and business processes in the company cascading to department level. ensure fair workload distribution considering the language groups. be involved and/or manage cross-functional activities. notify management on problems and possible solutions in a timely manner. act as a role model in corporate communication. create and maintain comfortable and professional work environment for effective results. implement changes inside local cs team. develop the product and the processes inside local cs team. plan and forecast results and development of local cs team. support lead is responsible for: workforce planning tls development and mentorship conducting performance review sessions for the team members providing and gaining developmental feedback from direct reports and other team members collaborating with the other divisions tls in order to align the approach to any working matters related to people or processes collaborating with hr team on any employee related matters ensuring processes and changes are communicated properly and running smoothly within the department what we are looking for: experience in customer service experience of managing teams (10+ people), as well as manage managers is a must leadership skills mature person who can act as reliable mentor for their reports and advisor for other team leads and management feedback giving and receiving skills are must: should be able to give constructive developmental feedback to employees in a proper and timely manner. able to work within a multitasking environment (should be able to switch focus fast), agility and adaptability. english level is at least upper-intermediate our main value is transparency, so it should be totally acceptable for the candidate to keep his calendar open and keep track of the working progress in public access. strategic thinking skills, ability to decompose the strategy to the tactics, and the tactics to the operational tasks. playing coach - act as a role model for all employee related activities what we offer: competitive compensation depending on experience and skills; office mode job; numerous benefits (paid lunches, 50% compensation for sports activities and mental care, medical insurance for you and your children, etc.); professional development opportunities; working in a high-energy professional environment; corporate and social events
